Zac Efron’s got the looks, but will he ever get the acting marks to graduate beyond the high school musicals?

Burr Steers, director of the Disney-bred preppy dog’s “17 Again,” must think so, since he’s collared Efron once more for his maudlin adaptation of Ben Sherwood’s novel “The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud.”
