WATCH: ANDY DWYER ON “PARKS AND RECREATION”

After a stumbling start, NBC’s “Parks and Rec” has turned into a nimble, brilliant comedy. A big part of that is Chris Pratt’s lovably dorky Andy Dwyer. A cross between Jack Johnson and Jack Black, Dwyer has yet to write his “Stairway to Heaven,” but he’s working on it. Thursdays at 8:30.
